Returns
& Exchanges
Stockx Snk
agree to return or exchange if you received wrong items or defective items, you
notify us within 15 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or
exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not
authorize your return or exchange.
All
returns must be authorized.
To
receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain
return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn,
and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return
items without authorization, we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.
Physical
damage to a product caused by the user doesn’t apply to this policy.
Friendly
notice: Ship back by best way so that we could get it more quickly and then
solve it ASAP.
Order
Cancellation:
Orders
cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched.
A
cancellation fee - 15% of the purchase amount will be charged for all
cancellations.
Cancellation
of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because
that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orders
placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope
you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has
been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Exchange
Worn
shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes
with your dress we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on
carpet. If the shoes are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we
cannot take them back. The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they
were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in. This is the best
packaging to use for returns. Shoes that have been dyed are not returnable or
exchangeable. We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned
items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we can't accept the
return.
Although
we provide return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely
appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing
your order.
Please
contact our customer service first to obtain the return address. All returned
merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you, if it is not
the right address, we are not responsible for the loss caused by the issue.
Customs
Tariff
Customs
taxes, import duties or other customs-related fees might be involved and the
charges are determined by the Customs office of the country of delivery. Any
charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel and these
charges cannot be refunded.
If
the fees are applicable, they are not included in the transaction made and the
person receiving the parcel will be billed directly by the courier in the
designated country.
Stockxsnk
has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary
from country to country.
The
buyer is encouraged to contact the local customs office for current charges
prior to the purchase.
Friendly
Notice:
We
do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchanges, you will be
responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of
shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking
and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be
responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable.
Stockx Sneakers reserves the right to
inspect returned items to determine if the product has been worn, used or
altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee
will be charged to customer credit card and footwear will be returned to
customer. Purchaser pay shipping charges to return products to us and a
shipping charge will be added to all exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the
credit card on file immediately upon arrival of returned item.
